Can I have more than one Spin account?
Sadly no, each registered user is entitled to opening one personal account.
Would I receive my redeemed basket of products on a specific date?
You can redeem your basket of products during the redemption cycle. Each user can redeem their basket of products once there are between 8 to 10 items collected. You will be notified that you can redeem your gifts and set your preferred delivery time and location.
Who do I contact if my redeemed products are not delivered?
You can reach out to us through admin@spinthegame.com and the issue would be resolved within 48hours.
What happens if I don’t collect my redeemed products?
If you don’t collect your redeemed products after they are issued for delivery they are returned to our facility and removed from your basket. If after 3 consecutive redemption cycles you do not collect your products the account will be temporarily frozen.
What do the points do?
Points allow you to grow in levels and can be used to redeem against free spins and unlock other prizes. You can collect points by spinning, filing in your profile, inviting friends, answering surveys and engaging on the platform. The more you participate, the more points you will collect.
How Can I redeem my points?
Once you have accumulated a certain amount of points (depending on your level), you can begin to redeem them to unlock free spins, gifts and other great surprises.
How can I have access to a different product wheel?
Once new product spin wheels are available, you can select the product wheel you wish to play for.
If I won some gifts but don’t want the rest, can I change them or I have to wait?
All gifts are redeemed during the redemption cycle. If you are not interested in a specific gift won, you can always re-spin the gift or if it is already in your basket, we are sure you will find someone to pass it along to.
If the wheel is full of products I am not interested in, what happens?
You can change the wheel or spin your chance to try to win new products and gifts.
Can I sell the gifts and products that I won?
You cannot sell gifts, products, points or services won on Spin. Please refer to our T&C.
Will my personal data, information or address be used across other platforms?
No. As per our privacy policy, your personal data, information and address will not be shared to any other platforms.
It seems too good to be true. What’s the catch? Where do I have to pay?
You don’t have to pay at any point for the products or services on Spin.
Why do I have to answer questions?
Giving us feedback on the products you have won and received allows our partners to learn how to enhance their product offering. By answering questions we reward you with points that you can redeem for free spins, gifts and growing in levels on the platform which will entitle you to bigger and better surprises.
What are the categories for? Can I change them or update my preferences?
Categories are for you to select what interests you the most so we can get you products, gifts and prizes that match your needs and lifestyle. You can always update your preferences, and the more you pick, the better your chances of spinning cool gifts and prizes. Make sure to select at least 4 categories as a minimum.
How can I register or create an account?
You can create a new account or use your Facebook account for quick registration. Please ensure you have used the correct mobile number when registering as you will be prompted for a user registration code when creating an account.
